Since my wife wanted the GT look, I had to get some GT parts.
Being from the junkyard, however, they needed some help prior to painting. Some of these get out of order, but it's all paint prep.

1. One of the rear bumper extensions. |
|

2. More Ground FX. |

3. This one came off of the totally busted up black car. |
|

4. The parts with an interior area were a lot harder to prep. |

5. First coat of primer. |
|

6. Ready for priming. |

7. More ready for priming. |
|

8. Out of order, but this shows a prepped door guard next to an untouched one. |

9. These are stuck on with tape, which obviously has to get removed. |
|

10. Bumper after some sanding. |

11. Getting there. |
|

12. Here is some of what we had to start with. |

13. This corner had a hole in it. |
|

14. More scrapies. |

15. Some license plate screw marks. |
|

16. After some more prep. |

17. I scored this good front bumper off of craigslist for a good price. |
|

18. Ready for prime time. |

19. Our initial priming station. |
Lots more to be done soon.
