There is extra metal hanging down past where the fender flares were attached. Also, the area cut out of the fender wells is not square and easy to fill.

In this edition, I cut out the extra metal, and make the openings easier to fill.

1. Opening and extra metal at the back.

2. On top, including the support rod that held the flare edge in place.

3. In the front.

4. In the back, with the squared off openeing.

5. I cut out the extra metal with a plasma cutter, and smoothed the rest with a grinder.

6. Front with cleaner opening.

7. Back on the other side squared, and with extra metal mostly cleaned up.

8. Extra metal at top on the other side.

9. Squared opening at the front on the other side.

10. This is what the slag from the plasma cutter looks like.

Next will be closing the openings up.
