My dad and I fitted the brackets for the rear shocks today, as well as the pivot reinforcements for the a-arms.
I also test fit a fender with the tire in place, and suspension at full droop.

1. The fenders are blue, and need a little rust repair. |
|

2. This is at full droop. The fenders will have to be modified to really fit. |

3. I figured about 2 inches of flare for coverage, and I was right on. |
|

4. Lots of clearance in here. I will have to come up with inner fender wells. |

5. Here are the coilover shocks. They equate to about 11.5 inches at ride height and costs 156.00 each. |
|

6. The car upside down with the front suspension on. |

7. A look at the bottom of the a arms. |
|

8. The rear end, as it sits. |

9. Sighting along the bottom. |
|

10.Rear cradle, and mounts with the rear cage out. |

11. My dad getting ready to set up the mounts. |
|

12. I made teh mounting tabs by measuring, marking, drilling and then cutting. |

13. Here's how we set ride height. We measured and cut a piece of pvc pipe to length, and then cut out the side so it would slide over the shock shaft |
All that is left is buying two more shock, the springs coming, and some sheetmetal trimming to fit. I'm excited.
