These were taken leading up to and on San Diego Rolling British Car Day 2005.

That's a mouthfull, and the day was an eyefull.

1. My fiance followed me from my parents house to our apartment, and snapped some pics of me driving the car.

2. Seeing my little car roll around makes me happy.

3. Isn't it cute?

4. My tail lights and signals work great.

5. I was wearing my knit cap, because it was cold that day.

6. It looks so small in our garage.

7. I'm missing a sun visor.

8. My year came with a mirror only on the driver's side.

9. From the front. It was originally a rubber bumper car. See the signals poking out through rectangular holes?

10. Here I am standing next to it. Compare to the pic of me next to it in the first set on this page.

11. Another.

12. I don't have the chrome trim for the grille.

13. I got the idea to see how small I could make it look in the garage.

14. So I put it as far over in the corner as I could.

15. I'm scrunching down.

16. You could almost fit two in there.

17. Backing out. Both lights really work... They just need to be fiddled with a lot.

18. See, 6'2" people fit into midgets!

19. Reparking.

20. The horns mean love.

21. This is the first car we saw, it was cute.

22. Minis are awesome.

23. Convertible minis are very cool.

24. Some Italian cars made it into the group.

25. A lot of cars showed up.

26. The mini was really an attention draw.

27. Some De Loreans always make it out.

28. An Alfa made it out as well.

29. Big Jaguar sedan.

30. Two Jags and a Ferrari.

31. De Loreans in the distance.

32. With a TR6 in the foreground.

33. We went up to the Mount Soledad lookout.

34. The view is beautiful.

35. There's a brand new Lotus Elise.

36. And the was memorial cross.

37. A lineup plus Mini.

38. The guy who drove the Jag in the foreground was pissy.

39. He said that it was no fun because he could do this kind of driving any day.

40. Maybe true.

41. But not with so many other British cars.

42. Mini!.

43. The guy who drove this car kept talking about how fast it is. True, but he obsessed.

44. Coming up was my favorite car of the day.

45. And here it is. I like seeing cars that need restoration driving around.

46. This is a Mini Moke.

47. The guy obsessed with speed.

We had a great time, and we only almost died once!
