The oil seperator would not fit where it originally went. It also would not fit on the back of the engine using the original bracket.
I decided to take it apart, and rebuild the same thing but a slighty different size to mount on the back of the engine.

1. Here is where it originally went. I places the downpipe close to the engine to make more space for my legs. |

2. This is the space where it once went. |

3. Drain pipe moved over to the side. |

4. This is where I want it to go. |

5. I first wanted to try to remove just the bracket. |

6. Even using my largest spot weld cutter, this was a no go. |

7. First cut was along the center line. |

8. Top baffle. |

9. All apart. two levels of baffles are all it has in it. |

10. Stacked back together. |

11. Bottom drain with the side piece on. |

12. Down inside. |

13. Bottom completed. |

14. Outside main body. |

15. First baffle layer. |

16. Second baffle layer, and an extra one in the top vent area. |

17. Final outside shape. |

18. Bracket attached. |

19. In place with the hoses in place. |

20. Tried grinding down the welds, and ground a bit too far. |

21. Smoothed down a bit. |

22. Primed. |

23. Painted and drying. |

24. In place and mounted. |
One step closer.
More to come. Trans tunnel are almost done but there's a little more before I can put the page together.
