There is a lot of reconstructive body work to be done on the inside the car. This will be one of many installments.
Finishing the floor on the drivers side, some firewall stuff, a battery box, and the parcel tray are what will be covered here.

1. This is the footwell/firewall on the passenger side. |
|

2. A view from the inside. |

3. Closed up. |
|

4. Closed up on the inside. This is where the passenger's feet go. |

5. Kick panel with measurements so it can be reproduced on the other side. |
|

6. With the bends, ready to go in place. |

7. This is where it will go. On the original midget this was a box section. Now it's so you don't push directly on the back of the wheel well. |
|

8. I am priming the back because I won't have another chance. |

9. Also priming the area behind the kick panel for the same reason. |
|

10. Kick panel tacked into place. |

11. Passenger side floor finished. |
|

12. Driver side floor mostly done. |

13. I decided to make the battery mounting box out of 1/8 inch angle. |
|

14. Tacked in place. It goes behind the passenger seat. |

15. My first attempt to make letters with the bead roller. It didn't come out very well. |
|

16. Driver side floor all done. |

17. This bar is in place to support the parcel tray, and to be the mount point for the hinges on the battery cubby. |
|

18. This is the parcel tray from the midget turned upside down and flattened to fit . |

19. Parcel tray attached to the support bar. |
|

20. This is where the old parcel tray came from. |
More to come. I need to close in the battery box, and form the rear bulkhead behind the seats.
More to come. Trans tunnel are almost done but there's a little more before I can put the page together.
