| I added another update with the wheel flares attached to the body. There is still some finishing to be done at the very front.
Hydorforming next, though it's pretty hot outside, and my air conditionining is calling to me. | |

| I finally finished the muffler I've been working on for weeks. Other things I am actively working on right now are hydroforming a hood bulge, and skinning my wheel flares. After those, my nexts are:
redrilling the rear hubs for the correct bolt pattern
actually mount the seats to the floor
I need to buy a gas tank.
I need to work out getting an electric fan to fit my radiator.
I need to figure out how I am going to get air into my heater, and how it will mount.
I need to figure out where my ECU can live.
I need to think about modifying my rear end carrier for more ground clearance
I need to decide if I am going to make the rear parcel shelf removable for easier brake jobs | |

| I've put another midget update up and am putting the final Mustang update together now. From the last post here, I've done all of my listed nexts aside from mounting the radiator, buying the gas tank, skinning wheel wells, heater related work, and ECU placement.
A few new nexts are:
redrilling the rear hubs for the correct bolt pattern
actually mount the seats to the floor
build my Brownie Davis special glasspack muffler
figure out hood bulges for clearance over the engine and intake | |

| I've got a bunch of "next"s.
I ordered my steering joints.
I need to clearance my front wheel wells.
I need to put the skeleton of the front flares together.
I need to lower the pedal box a haf inch at the least.
I need to buy a gas tank.
I need to buy a radiator, see if I have an electric fan that will work and mount them.
I need to buy an intercooler and mount it.

| Well, hooray for long bouts of silence. I know I have been saying this for a while, but life outside of cars has been taking a lot of my time lately. I've put in a couple of neay 60 hour weeks (yeah I know, some people work more) lately, and have been busy with projects around the house, and helping friends with their cars.
Direct your attention over to the left though, and you will find a new car on the list. I also have a couple of MG updates in the pipe I just have to make pages for.
I hope to be more active again in the near future. | |

| I made and update to the Midget section. This past weekend, I made it out to the ranch, and put the floors into the seating compartment. Next time I intend to mock up the steering/seating arangement. That means putting most everything onto the engine, and seeing what clearance I have.
I should have a BMW update sometime soon, and maybe even a Dodge update if I get my butt in gear. | |

| Well, I've been really busy lately, but I have made some progress. THe revised motor and tranny mount pictures are just about ready to go up. I just need to weld them in and do the hopefully last test fit.
Oh, and I also have started to update the website. I made these news boxes rounded, which I think looks a bit better. | |

| So I finally checked this page again, and realized that in the few months since the last time I had touched it, there had been over 5000 spam posts. I'm going to have to set up a better way of keeping spammers out. I also accidentally deleted a real post from someone asking about shifters and motor mounts. I have posted updated infor about the motor mounts, and I also have an idea for the shifter, but I'm not there yet. I have also updated the Modified Midgets section after a long period of dormancy.
Progress has been slow lately, with Marriage, House, Work, and a persistent injury from a car accident. I will keep trundling along though. | |

| More Midget progress. Check it out, It's the Midget link on the left. I'm going to be swapping hoods on my dodge next week possibly. Putting the blue hood on my white dodge so I can sell the white hood and cut down on clutter. (Plus, some extra money for the projects wouldn't hurt) | |
